Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager in construction, you will take on the overall management and coordination of construction projects, with a particular focus on MEP trades. Depending on client requirements, your responsibilities will range from planning and execution to successful project handover. You act as the central interface between clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors.

Your core tasks include schedule, cost, and quality control, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations (knowledge of VOB/HOAI required). You will prepare and monitor project schedules, manage operational resources, and oversee construction progress. In addition, you will identify and manage risks, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

You hold a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in project management of construction projects – ideally including fit-out of data centers and/or laboratory buildings. Strong organizational skills, negotiation expertise, and a confident manner towards clients and colleagues distinguish you. Proficiency in common project management software and solid technical understanding of MEP systems complete your profile.

Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Manager, you are responsible for the commercial organization and execution of business processes, both internally and partially externally within projects. You support our company in the areas of administration, procurement, sales, and accounting, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth running of our operations.

Your tasks include processing orders, quotations, and invoices, maintaining customer and supplier data, as well as coordinating internal and external communication processes. In addition, you will monitor payment flows, assist with cost control, and actively contribute to the optimization of business structures.

You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a high level of personal responsibility set you apart. Proficiency in common MS Office applications and ideally experience with ERP systems are desirable.

Site Manager (m/f/d)

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the operational management and supervision of our construction projects on site. You coordinate all processes, monitor compliance with schedules, costs, and quality standards, and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with technical and legal requirements.

Your responsibilities include the organization and management of subcontractors, coordination with clients, architects, and authorities, as well as documentation of construction progress. You identify risks at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures, and ensure efficient communication among all project stakeholders. In addition, you oversee occupational safety on the construction site and consistently implement our high standards.

You hold a degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a construction technician, or a comparable education, along with several years of professional experience – ideally in MEP site management. Assertiveness, organizational skills, and solution-oriented action characterize you. Proficiency in common construction software and MS Office is an advantage.
